Annual Lists

These annual lists are the best marks of Minnesota athletes and relay teams in each year. They were compiled by Tim and Bill Miles.

We began publishing them in 1989, but Tim had compiled them for eight years before that. Tim's lists from 1981 through 1988 only included individual events.  Beginning in 1989, the relay lists were added. 

These lists were our best efforts at the time and we are certain that marks were misses and names spelled incorrectly.  Please send us any corrections.

The published versions included All-Time Lists and Class Lists, but those have been edited out. If you are interested in the All-Time Lists or Class Lists they can be found at their own link.

Other lists going back to the 1950s, usually much shorter, were gathered by newspaper reporters and were published in the local daily papers.
